The school has a proud history of academic achievement. It boasts a Beazley Medallist and regularly has students who receive subject prizes and Certificates of Excellence. Our innovative curriculum has enabled the school to cater for the full range of student talents and ambitions. As well as catering for university bound students, Wanneroo Senior High School has well established links with TAFE and Industry Groups which provides students with access to apprenticeships and TAFE.

Wanneroo Senior High School is an open area flexible design school set out in faculties. All the usual facilities exist with a large gymnasium and theatre. The school has been cabled with fibre optics to provide extensive computer usage for students and teachers throughout the school.

Native gardens with a rock pool and numerous trees and brick paving make for a peaceful learning environment.

The Student Services Team provides valuable social, emotional and academic support for all students. We view the community as an integral part of our school and encourage parents and the community to be actively involved in the education of their children.

Wanneroo Senior High School's greatest assets are its staff and students. The teachers are experienced and highly skilled; more than twenty of them have achieved their Senior Teacher Status. The students are friendly and inclusive. Most students come from the surrounding suburbs of Wanneroo, Carramar, Neerabup, Tapping, Landsdale and Ashdale with a small number from the surrounding market gardens and farms.

Wanneroo Senior High School is committed to the education, both academically and socially of each student.
