Mirrabooka Senior High School is a multi-curltural secondary school made up of over 55 different cultures (Years 8-12). Located eight kilometres from the Perth CBD, most of our current enrolment of 617 students come from the intake areas of Dianella, Yokine, Joondanna, Tuart Hill, Nollamara, Westminster and Balcatta.

Built in 1965, the school has just completed a $2.5 million building upgrade. The refurbishment has centred on the Technology and Enterprise area with two new food and nutrition rooms, updated design and material rooms, two computing labs, a multi media seminar room, an editing suite and new offices and meeting rooms for our award winning Vocational Education and Training team.

We are committed to providing a school community with a safe, supportive, and positive environment, where students have the opportunity to achieve their potential. We are proud of our inclusive community and making sure new students feel a part of it is a priority. To help facilitate this we have developed a year-long transition program, helping Year 7 students become familiar with the staff and surroundings before they start Year 8.
