Taylors Lakes Secondary College acknowledges that all students have the capacity to learn and that it is the role of schooling to extend students to their full potential by ensuring that they are engaged in a broad range of studies and experiences. It also acknowledges the role of parents as the first educators of their children and the central role of teachers in the learning process. It emphasises the strong mutual respect between parents and teachers that is essential for our students' successful development. The college strives for a socially just program that supports students from all backgrounds and that encourages cooperation and teamwork. Individual input is also valued. The college is committed to continuing to provide a strong foundation for students' intellectual, physical, social, moral, spiritual and aesthetic development. By providing a supportive and nurturing environment, we contribute to the development of students' self worth, enthusiasm for learning and optimism for the future.
